The ProMaster van is designed to handle the weight for a variety of different uses and job lots.  It handles everything from transporting equipment, delivery packages, and even catering services.  The ProMaster series can carry up to 5,100 lbs, and is powered by a powerful 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine that puts out 280-horsepower and 258 lbs/ft of torque.  An alternative 3.0-liter I-4 diesel engine, which creates 174-horsepower is available.  The ProMaster series also makes use of a Front Wheel Drive configuration, Traction Control, an Electronic Stability system, and includes a choice between 6-speed Manual or Automatic transmissions with OverDrive.

The ProMaster line also offers buyers an option for an integrated navigation system to aid drivers in navigating their way to new client locations or job sites, as well as Bluetooth, and the UConnect System. The front cabs of the ProMaster Vans offer seating for up to three.  High Roof styles of the Cargo and Window Vans are also available, providing additional interior space for stacked cargo or over-sized equipment.  The enclosed vans themselves offer up to 530 cubic feet of storage space.
