Back to School Car Ready
Now that all the kiddies are back to school, the family car is on the verge of being filled with more clutter. Â It's easy for homework, fliers, school supplies, etc., to be strewn all throughout the car which can become stressful and chaotic. Â
"Where's my homework, it was in the car?"Â
 "I lost my pencils!"Â
"The permission slip was in the car, but I can't find it!"Â
Have you heard these questions and statements? Â I most definitely have and decided to create a system. Â Realistically, the rule for all school related papers and objects must stay inside the backpack at all times, but with busy schedules things can happen.
Equip your vehicle with 2 folders: One labeled Homework and the other one labeled handouts. Stick those in the seat pouches. Â Have a pencil bag or pencil box handy and keep in the console. Â Why do this? In case you are not headed home after school due to extra curricular activities. You can put them in there ASAP. Â There's no worry of them becoming misplaced, torn, dirty, lost, etc. Â It's actually a great system, especially since some of the stuff probably will not stay inside your child's backpack for long. It's definitely worth being prepared.
